Development Updates 🚀

We've made some improvements to the Global Leaderboard to make it easier to find players and compare stats.

Total Stash column - You can now see each player's current stash value right on the leaderboard, giving you a snapshot of where everyone stands beyond just their profit numbers.

Sort by what matters to you - The leaderboard can now be sorted by Profit/Hour, Total Profit, Hours played, or Total Stash. The default stays Profit/Hour, but if you want to see who's sitting on the biggest stash or who's put in the most time, it's now a single click away.

Search - With hundreds of players on the Global Leaderboard, finding a specific person was a pain. You can now search by name to jump straight to any player across the full leaderboard, not just the current page.

Broader Regional Support

The stash capture and tracking system now works correctly for users running their game or Windows in languages other than English. Previously, number formats used in countries like Germany (where a comma is used as the decimal separator instead of a period) could cause values to be misread, resulting in incorrect stash and profit figures. Both the desktop app (from v1.7) and the website image upload system have been updated to correctly handle these regional number formats, so your stats should now be accurate regardless of your language settings.

Improved Screenshot Detection

The image processing pipeline on the website has been refined to more reliably detect stash values from uploaded screenshots. Text detection is now more accurate across a wider range of image types, meaning fewer uploads should require manual correction.

Enhanced Session-Based Profit Tracking Accuracy

We've refined our session-based profit calculation system to provide more accurate and consistent metrics across all leaderboards. The platform now requires a minimum of 1 hour of recorded Stats Session data before displaying profit/hour metrics, ensuring that all performance indicators are based on meaningful streaming activity. This applies consistently across all time periods - current week, last week, last month, and all-time stats.

Additionally, we've unified the profit calculation methodology so that all metrics - including all-time totals - now exclusively count profit earned during active Stats Sessions. Previously, the system was including profit accumulated between sessions (while offline), which could lead to inflated numbers - for example, showing 340M total profit when actual streaming/stats session profit was only 50M. Your stats now truly reflect the profit generated while you're actively streaming/tracking stats sessions, giving you reliable data to track your progress, compare performance with other community members, and optimize your content strategy.

Set your Reds Counter to reset to zero automatically:

• In Streamer.bot select the "Red Counter - Reset" action and in the Triggers section add triggers for when OBS starts Streaming/Recording (e.g. right click > Add >  OBS Studio > Streaming Started)
  
• This will reset the Reds Counter to zero when you start streaming/recording

We've completely redesigned the layout for Red tier chat games! The new 3-column interface now features a dedicated webcam space, allowing your viewers to see your reactions in real-time while they compete to crack the code.

What's New:

• Webcam Integration: Dedicated camera feed for better viewer engagement
• Optimized Layout: Repositioned leaderboard and mission briefing for improved readability

Fixed an issue where the stash screenshot uploader wasn't correctly processing values for users in countries that use commas as decimal separators (e.g., European regions).

The system now automatically normalizes both decimal formats (comma and period) before processing, ensuring accurate stash value detection regardless of your regional number format.

A comprehensive ranking system that brings together everyone in the GameStats ecosystem

The new Global Leaderboard page showcases everyone who has submitted stash values - streamers, community members, and individual users - all competing on the same playing field.

Key Features:

• Universal Rankings: See how you stack up against all users, regardless of whether you're a streamer with a community, a community member, or an individual tracker
• Fair Competition: Rankings are based on profit per hour across multiple time periods (Current Week, Last Full Week, Last Full Month, All Time)
• Community Integration: Users are shown with their associated community affiliation when applicable
• Live Status Tracking: Real-time indication of who's currently streaming
• Consistent Metrics: Uses the same Session Based calculation method as our Streamer and Community leaderboards for fair comparison

Why This Matters: Previously, if you weren't a streamer with a community, your achievements were only visible on individual stat pages. Now, every GameStats user can compete for recognition alongside established streamers and communities, creating a more inclusive competitive environment.
